  For reseller who top-up their ewallet account with RM1,000

  For reseller who top-up their ewallet account with RM2,000

Frequently Asked Question:

• 1. If I start as a Silver Reseller, can I upgrade to Gold Reseller later?

  Yes, you can upgrade to Gold reseller anytime when your account is being top-up with the value of Gold Reseller. On every account top-up your reseller level will be reset to the corresponding level based on the top-up value.

• 2. How do I make payment to top-up my e-wallet account?

  We accept payment via credit card, JomPay and online bank Giro transfer.

• 3. Can I pay for my purchases using a credit card?

  No, purchases can only be paid via your e-wallet account in order to be entitled for the Reseller discount.

• 4. If my e-wallet account is having insufficient funds, can I pay partially using my e-wallet and partially using a credit card?

  No, our system only accepts payment via e-wallet for the reseller account. Please top-up your e-wallet account before making a purchase so as to be entitled for the reseller discount.

• 5. I’m no longer in this business, can I request for a refund of my e-wallet balance?

  Yes, if your reseller account is exceeded one year and e-wallet account has more than RM10.00 balance. Please write to us for closing of your account and we will process the refund of your e-wallet balance to your bank account subject to 3% or RM10 administrative charge, whichever is higher. Please ensure that your bank account info is updated in your reseller profile so the refund can be processed without delay.

• 6. What happens to a dormant account that does not have transactions for a long time?

  Any account that does not have transactions for 24 months or more will be automatically closed. If the account balance is exceeding RM10, it will be refunded subjected to 3% or RM10 administrative charge, whichever higher. Please ensure that your bank account info is updated in your reseller profile so the refund can be processed without delay.

• 7. Do I receive an Invoice for every purchase?

  Yes, a Tax Invoice will be automatically generated by the server and emailed to you on each purchase. You can also login to your account and print your invoices from there; we keep transaction history up to 7 years.

• 8. How do I see my e-wallet balance?

  You can view your e-wallet balance from your account. Transaction statements are also provided for your accounting purposes.

• 9. Do you offer credit term facilities?

  No, the business is a prepaid business model. All purchases must be prepaid via your e-wallet account.

• 10. Is there any surcharge when I top-up my e-wallet using a credit card?

  No, there are no surcharges for credit card or JomPay payments to top-up your e-wallet account. However, for overseas wired transfers, please ensure the amount transferred is the net amount after bank charges. We advise our overseas Resellers to use credit cards as the payment method instead of wired transfers.
